How do I create my first shortened link?
- Sign up for a free account at Pathly.tr
- Navigate to the dashboard and click "Create New Link"
- Paste your long URL into the destination field
- Customize your short link (optional)
- Add UTM parameters for tracking (optional)
- Click "Create Link" to generate your shortened URL
What's the difference between Free, Basic, and Pro plans?
How do I invite team members?
- Go to the Team page in your dashboard
- Click "Invite Team Member"
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
- Send the invitation - they'll receive an email to join
Note: Team features are available on Pro plans only.

How can I track the performance of my links?
Pathly.tr provides comprehensive analytics for all your links:
- Click counts and trends over time
- Geographic location of visitors
- Referrer sources and social media traffic
- Device and browser information
- UTM parameter tracking for campaigns
Access analytics by clicking on any link in your dashboard or visiting the Analytics page.
What are UTM parameters and how do I use them?
UTM parameters are tags added to URLs that help track marketing campaigns:
- Source: Where traffic comes from (google, facebook, newsletter)
- Medium: Marketing medium (email, social, cpc)
- Campaign: Specific campaign name
- Term: Keywords for paid search
- Content: To differentiate similar content
Add UTM parameters when creating a link to automatically track campaign performance in Google Analytics and other tools.
Can I export my analytics data?
Yes! You can export your analytics data in CSV format. This feature is available on Basic and Pro plans. Simply go to your Analytics page and click the "Export Data" button to download your link performance data.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Go to the Billing page in your account settings
- Click "Change Plan" to view available options
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm the changes and update payment if needed
Note: Plan changes take effect immediately. Downgrades may result in feature limitations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor Paddle:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal (where available)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfers (for annual plans)
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all paid features until then. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Technical Issues
My shortened links are not working. What should I do?
If your shortened links aren't working, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check if the original destination URL is still valid and accessible
- Verify that your link hasn't been disabled due to policy violations
- Clear your browser cache and try accessing the link again
- Test the link in an incognito/private browsing window
- Check if you're within your plan's link limits
If the issue persists, contact our support team with the specific short link that's not working.
Why are my analytics not updating?
Analytics data may have a slight delay. Here are common reasons and solutions:
- Processing delay: Analytics update every few minutes. Wait and refresh.
- Browser cache: Clear your browser cache or try incognito mode.
- Ad blockers: Some ad blockers may interfere with tracking.
- Bot traffic: We filter out obvious bot traffic from analytics.
If you're still not seeing expected data after 24 hours, please contact support.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
